Cancellations
 

Once an order is placed you have until 4pm to contact us the day the order is placed for a refund.

Orders placed after 4pm can't be cancelled for a refund.

Thereafter, and only if the ordered items have not been baked, we may offer a gift certificate for

a portion or full value of purchase depending on each specific circumstance at management discretion.

Or a pick up date may be rescheduled.

Absolutely no refunds or gift certificates on abandoned, forgotten orders or custom items.
